A cheque for £500.00 was presented to the chair of the Friends of the Cottage Hospital and Community Medical Centres on behalf of the Gunpowder W I Faversham at their tea party meeting in the garden of the Alexander Centre. The money has been raised by the members fundraising events over the past year.
The tea party was held to say Good bye to their chair person Susi who is leaving the group to return to live in Australia. Masks and social distancing were strictly observed.
